I've created two festive Irish designs to make toppers for your cupcakes or flags for finger sandwiches and snacks, or you can use these printable sheets to make stickers, small gift tags or drink charms with Irish designs.

Both cupcake flag sheets are set up in blocks as shown.

You can use the cupcake toppers as little squares or cut the printed sheets into strips then cut out the cupcake toppers using a 2-inch circle or scallop edge paper punch.

If you have a computer craft cutter (I love my Silhouette Cameo) you can use its print and cut feature to set up registration marks and program the cutter to cut your preferred outlines in squares or circles.
